Founding partner in charge of the Dispute Resolution area – Litigation and Arbitration (domestic and international), – from the most varied segments, including corporate, construction and contractual and indemnity disputes. She serves as an arbitrator in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. Vânia also works in the area of Litigation Prevention, advising clients in order to avoid a dispute, assess chances of success and risks, as well as prepare them for litigation, when unavoidable. She was chosen by the publication Benchmark Litigation as one of the 25 “Top Women in Litigation” in Latin America, and acts as the tax adviser for the B Corp movement.
