Career

Ieuan has extensive experience in a wide range of business disputes. These include shareholder, director and partnership disputes as well as business to business litigation. He has also dealt with complex professional negligence and insurance claims and has international experience, having advised clients on cross-border disputes in Scotland, France, Switzerland, Guernsey, and Ghana.

Having led in a number of significant cases, Ieuan has represented clients up to Court of Appeal level. He also has a strong reputation in mediation, having recently settled a £1m claim acting on behalf of a lender this way.

Ieuan studied at St Boniface’s College in Plymouth prior to attending Cardiff University and the University of the West of England, where he obtained a Graduate Diploma in Law and passed the Legal Practice Course. He trained and qualified as a solicitor with a large regional law firm in 2012, where he spent a number of years, before moving back to Plymouth to work for a local law firm.
