  • Representing a desperately ill two-year-old child through her children’s guardian in a highly emotional complex case. The NHS Trust issued proceedings for a declaration pursuant to the inherent jurisdiction of the High Court that it is in the best interests of the child for life-sustaining medical treatment to be withdrawn and for a palliative care regime to be implemented.
