Torbern has a broad legal background and after working for almost a decade as Legal Counsel at Vattenfall AB, Torbern has extensive experience of energy-related law, public procurement matters, general corporate law, tort law, construction law, compliance-related issues, as well as of assignments as a board member.

In addition, Torbern has a long experience of strategic and legal support in connection with legislative matters in, among other things, the energy sector and assists clients in public consultation procedures and in connection with public initiatives for new or amended legislation, ordinances, and regulations.
