Stéphane Flichy advises and assists French and foreign companies with their individual and collective employment law issues. He also assists a representative employers’ organisation in the rewriting of its collective bargaining agreement in line with the law.

Its corporate clients operate in a wide range of sectors, including healthcare, public works, software, energy, materials extraction and wines and spirits. He also has specific expertise in the audiovisual and live performance sectors.

He first worked as an associate in the employment litigation team at Squire Patton Boggs, before setting up Guillemin Flichy.
