Aryanah joined Magrath Sheldrick’s US Immigration team as a US Attorney in April 2022. She has several years of high-volume experience advising on US visa matters and guides clients of all sizes across a number of sectors, including financial services, professional services, information technology, energy, communications, publishing, media, the arts, and entertainment.

Aryanah currently provides a wide range of US immigration advice to corporate and individual clients, on topics relating to family and employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant visa matters. This entails filings and communications with USCIS, CBP, and the US Department of State. Most common filings include: E-2 Treaty Investors L-1 Intracompany Transferees (executive, manager, or specialized knowledge), H-1B Specialty Occupation (including H-1B Cap), O-1 Extraordinary Ability or Achievement, I Representatives of Foreign Media, TN USMCA (previously NAFTA) Professionals, B-1/2 Short Term Business or Tourism, and Family-based Immigrant Visa (Green Card) Applications.
