Position

Catrin is a Senior Associate in our Commercial Property team. She works with a range of clients, including high net-worth individuals, companies, and banks.

Catrin works for a range of clients, including educational institutions, developers, and multiple-occupiers.

She deals with complex option agreements and conditional contracts, and has acted in leasehold transactions from both a landlord and tenant perspective.

Catrin has written articles on the intricacies of leases and regularly works with clients to make sure they’re clear on this. She has also previously delivered training on the minimum energy efficiency standards and compliance with the Charities Act when disposing of and acquiring land.

I wanted to say how impressed I have been with Catrin and her approach with the sublease project. She’s been a delight to speak & communicate with and a great ambassador for Capital Law.
