Position

Jordan is a Principal Associate in our Corporate & Private Equity team, who trained at Capital.

Jordan specialises in private equity and venture capital work, involving investments, acquisitions, disposals and management led transactions. He also advises on corporate governance matters, including the removal of directors.

Jordan acts for companies, funds and investors across England and Wales, providing support on complex corporate transactions.

In 2019, Jordan was seconded to our client H.I.G. Capital, a leading global private equity investment firm, working in their legal department and assisting each of their European offices.
