Able to leverage the resources available to it as a large international firm, while also remaining nimble and responsive, Hogan Lovells (Luxembourg) LLP‘s three-strong team provides ‘solution-oriented‘ advice to boutique asset managers, fund promoters and the investment arms of banks/insurance companies across the full range of regulated and unregulated funds. The team is best-known for its work in the alternative investment space, with ‘very astute‘ team head Pierre Reuter particularly accomplished at advising on real estate-related fund matters.
Led by Pierre Reuter, the ‘responsive and efficient‘ team at Hogan Lovells (Luxembourg) LLP handles a range of banking and capital markets work, including novel transactions such as its recent advice to the lead manager banks on a renewable energy covered bond issued by Nord/LB. Real estate finance remains a core area of focus, however, with regular instructions flowing from funds and lenders, particularly relating to German commercial property assets.
