Daniel Silberstein – Hawkswell Kilvington Limited

Boutique construction firm Hawkswell Kilvington Limited is very well regarded for its ability to handle the full spectrum of construction and engineering mandates. The team offers its clients ‘in-depth knowledge and expertise’ on matters ranging from design and build contracts for major residential developments to disputes in the cladding and fire safety space. The practice, which recently moved out of its old premises in Wakefield, is now led from a new Leeds office by Daniel Silberstein and Rachel Heald. Silberstein, who is an expert on fire safety matters and disputes in the energy sector, leads the practice’s contentious work, for which Thomas Salter and Gary Ashton are also key contacts. Heald leads the non-contentious team and regularly assists contractors with negotiations and appointments.
