Position

Jesus is the Managing Partner and co-founder of Kennedys' Madrid office. Qualified in Spain in 1991, he has more than 28 years experience in Insurance Law.  His international experience is extensive and he is skilled in coordinating claims across different jurisdictions, principally Spain, the UK, France and the Americas. Jesus receives instructions from local and international clients in both contentious and non-contentious matters. He represents insurers and reinsurers on coverage issues arising from major losses in Spain and abroad, as well as advising on policy wording and the adaptation of policies to Spanish Law. In particular, he handles major cases involving directors and officers, financial lines and the professional indemnity of architects, surveyors, lawyers and insurance brokers. Jesus is also experienced in Commercial and Corporate Law.
