Career
Pamela has extensive experience in all aspects of housing litigation and policy matters, having acted for social housing clients and Local Authorities for over 25 years.
Pamela initially joined Judge & Priestley in 1995 and became a Partner in 1997, heading the Housing Team. Following some time away, Pamela re-joined J&P as Head of Housing in 2010.
Pamela now works as a consultant in the Legal 500 listed Housing Management team. As well as providing legal advice and assistance Pamela also provides training in these areas to our clients.
Pamela’s work types include disrepair, anti-social behaviour, disrepair, UR, EPA matters, breach of lease, forfeiture possession, ASB and all housing management matters.
Pamela also deals with costs claims within the team.
Recent Highlights
Pamela successfully defended an EPA disrepair claim resulting in other side withdrawing the claim with damages awarded.
Pamela also successfully opposed costs of a disrepair claim resulting in claimant withdrawing claim for costs having nil liability.
