Jasper Wonders has been appointed as partner of the firm per 1 January 2022. Jasper has been acting in the dispute resolution practice since the start of his career in 2012. He fully focuses on corporate litigation matters. Jasper advises corporates and their (supervisory) directors in corporate and commercial litigation matters, such as inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Chamber of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal, shareholder and transaction disputes, and liability proceedings.
