Motaher has considerable experience in advising international clients including private clients and entrepreneurs on transactions concerning corporate, company formation, commercial, tax planning and restructuring matters.

Motaher’s relevant experience is as follows:

    • Acted on behalf of an international food company in connection with the sale of a subsidiary to a UK investment fund
    • Supported the Irish legal advisers of one of the world’s leading food brands with the Cyprus aspects of transactions
    • Provided tax advice to a substantial international religious organisation
    • Assisted with financing of a hotel resort in Moscow
    • Provided advice, due diligence and documentation for merger of two Eastern European paints and adhesives suppliers
    • Provided legal advice and assistance with the establishment of representative entities for a US-based international travel company
    • Provided advice and documentation in relation to acquisition of a substantial shareholding in a large Romanian IT business
    • Involved in numerous legal due diligence exercises performed on Cypriot entities on behalf of global banks
    • Acted for a multinational sports betting and gaming group in relation to re-domiciliation of Cyprus entities to Isle of Man
    • Acquisition of a provider of home and office water solutions in South-Eastern Europe.
