Sibel Yılmaz Atik is the co-founder of ZESA Attorney Partnership.
Sibel Yılmaz Atik’s practice focuses on competition & antitrust law, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate and commercial law as well as cartel litigation.
She has been involved in significant cartel and abuse of dominance investigations launched by the Turkish Competition Board in several sectors such as; automotive, banking, consumer electronics, cement, FMCG, media, telecommunications. She also has an extensive knowledge on merger control filings in a variety of industries. She has also represented clients before the courts in triple damage claims based on competition violations.
