Position

Caroline Luche-Rocchia, Partner, specialises in both individual and collective aspects of employment law. She joined Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats in 2019 and leads the Employment Law and HR Engineering practice.

For nearly 18 years, she has advised and assisted French and foreign groups and companies in their legal transformation projects (M&A, restructuring, transfers, outsourcing, IPO, etc.). She has a strong expertise in Human Resources Management, she acts as an expert in innovation and change management projects (reorganisation, digitalisation, CSR).

She also handles disputes with high stakes and strategic issues for companies on both employment law and criminal employment law.

She regularly acts in the sectors of new technologies, industry, health, mutual insurance, biotechnologies, banking and financial services, transport (air and road) and the public sector.

Career

Caroline worked for a selection of law firms before joining Grant Thornton Société d’Avocats as the Partner in charge of Employment law in 2019.
