He founded the law firm Salinas Legal y Tributario S.L.P,, whose fundamental philosophy is to furnish global legal advice of maximum quality.
In 2011, as a founding partner, he embarked upon the project to create the new firm MA Abogados, made up of a group of practices desirous of creating a firm specialised in legal consultancy for medium and large companies, of national scope and international vocation.
He has extensive experience in litigation and consultancy in Mercantile, Maritime and Economic Crime Law, having directed legal and arbitration issues at Spanish and international forums.
Full Professor in Mercantile Law at the University of Valencia. Insolvency Practitioner, Consultancy Lawyer and Non-Director Secretary. Adviser to several stakeholder groups during the legislative process for the General Maritime Navigation Act Project and the Securities Market Act Reform Project.
He has seen the adviser on Spanish and Italian Law in relation to bank guarantees for the German Association of Savings Banks. Member of the Spanish Maritime Law Association. Course director for the Master’s on Maritime Law. He has given conferences and courses at different universities, bar associations, colleges of notaries and registrars, as well as different banking entities.
