Position
Partner Emanuel Feinberg has extensive experience within the full range of civil litigation, including disputes over commercial contracts, board and underwriter liability, M&A transactions, climate and ESG issues as well as general company law.
He has litigated a high number of disputes before national courts and arbitral tribunals. He has also appeared before the Norwegian Supreme Court (Plenary session) in the first climate lawsuit in Norway.
