Prior to joining Rizkana & Partners, Nourhane worked for a multinational leading holding company in tourism and real estate development where she handled all legal matters and inquiries of different departments and supported in a various number of transactions conducted by the company. She has also worked for a top tier law firm in Egypt where she supported in an important number of transactions and represented clients operating in different business fields on a such as educational, pharmaceutical, food & beverage, oil & gas, and technology companies. Nourhane has also vast experience conducting legal research and legal due diligence and assessing potential legal risks.
