Reda Abdel-Rahman has vast experience in the fields of incorporation, foundation and amendment of companies of all kinds, including corporations and partnerships, especially those subject to Law No. 159 of 1981 and Law No. 72 of 2017. He is also an Expert in the field of real estate and land registrations. Since March 2018 Reda has worked as an attorney at law with the international law firm of French origin “Gide Loyrette Nouel”. Reda was a Former Member at “Ahmed Hassan Salem Law Firm” (from 2005 until early 2018) and has participated in the implementation of related amendments to the Companies’ Bylaws or Articles of Incorporation for many clients. He is well-versed in working with the board of directors at client firms, as well as their foreign affiliates and representative offices. Additionally, Reda has helped many clients to establish numerous companies subject to Law No. 159 of 1981 or Law No. 72 of 2017 of all their legal forms and activities, as well as establishing their foreign affiliates and representative offices.
