Tuğçe Tatari co-heads the Commercial, Corporate and M&A Department of the Firm. She focuses on cross-border and local acquisitions, joint ventures, restructurings, private equity and strategic investments. Her depth of experience covers all aspects of buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions.
She has represented clients and led deal teams for numerous significant and landmark M&A projects in the Turkish market, spanning sectors including energy, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, construction, infrastructure and real estate.
Tuğçe’s expertise extends to day to day advice on all types of corporate law related matters, allowing her to seemlessly assist clients post acquisition too.
