One of his main areas of practice is advising on civil law disputes with tax law implications, such as liability issues in connection with the activities of tax advisors and auditors or Cum/Cum and Cum/Ex structures. He also advises on banking and financial disputes, in particular in connection with complex financial products. Additionally, his practice includes post-M&A disputes, corporate law disputes and disputes with criminal law implications. These are often complex proceedings with cross-border aspects.
