Nikolay’s primary focus and experience is in the area of immigration and employment law, and compliance matters, including advising in area of corporate and commercial law.
He is engaged in a number of projects related to providing full scope advice and practical assistance in the area of employment compliance and labour mobility for key clients of the firm, including hiring and dismissals of personnel, structuring of labour-related company policies, advice and assistance in all types of immigration procedures, secondments and intra-group mobility, long-term and short-term assignments, all types of visas and permits, Bulgarian citizenship, etc.
Nikolay has experience in advising on various types of commercial contracts and compliance related matters. He has taken part of number of seminars as a speaker regarding employment compliance matters.
