Mr. Konstantinos Konstantellos is a specialized corporate attorney offering services of in-house counsel for our primary corporate clientele. He handles complex legal matters and projects advising our corporate clients on regulatory issues, compliance and drafting legal opinions. He has undertaken several corporate cases of our clients, drafting minutes of G.A. and BoDs, amending articles of incorporation and following up on all corporate issues of our corporate clients.

 Mr. Konstantellos has excellent negotiation and communication skills and has successfully undertaken the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements of our clients with their trade partners. 

Furthermore, Mr. Konstantellos has 19 years’ experience as a commercial and civil litigation attorney has successfully handled many cases of commercial litigation for our corporate clients, counting more than 100 court representations in his track record during the last four years.
