Julian was admitted as a solicitor in 2002 and joined Flynn O’Driscoll as a Partner with responsibility for Property related matters in December 2011. Prior to joining Flynn O’Driscoll, Julian established and operated his own legal firm for many years.
Julian has extensive experience in advising clients in a wide range of commercial disputes and has represented clients before the Commercial Court as well as in the High and Circuit Courts.
With regard to Property matters, Julian is regularly retained to advise companies, both domestic and multinational, and other commercial entities in matters including refinancing, commercial leases (landlord or tenant) and sale and acquisition of commercial property.

Julian graduated from University College Dublin in 1995 with a BA in Economics followed by a Master of Economic Science Degree from the same university in 1996. In 2007, he earned a Diploma in Employment Law also from University College Dublin.
