Frank Cleeren has joined KPMG Law in 2018.
He has more than 29 years of experience in dealing with business and commercial law, corporate and M&A and dispute Resolution. Recent noteworthy transactions include the assistance of: SSWI, Orkari, Globachem, Mediahuis, Cegeka, LRM, Orthomed group, Solithor NV, Groep Machiels, Vaessen Aluminium, POM, EMAX, Kreon, etc.
Frank Cleeren lectures in his fields of expertise and is an author of various legal publications. Frank is also a recognized mediator (“bemiddelaar in handelszaken”) and deputy-judge.
Between 1996-2002, Frank was also an assistant at the University of Leuven in the field of corporate law (Prof. Koen Geens).
