Andrew has over 30 years’ experience as a gaming, regulatory and alcohol licensing lawyer. He advises:
– on all aspects of UK gambling regulation, licence applications (both remote and land-based), changes of corporate control, regulatory investigations and compliance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation, UK advertising codes and other related consumer protection legislation;
– overseas clients on the UK remote gaming licensing regime and their applications to the UK Gambling Commission for Operating Licences and on-going compliance with licence conditions, UK AML legislation and social responsibility controls;
– on the constantly evolving regulatory regime in the UK (including Sanctions) and the frequent revisions to the Gambling Commission’s Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP) and linked regulatory legislation.
Andrew is a member of the International Masters of Gaming Law and the cross sector Gambling Business Group trade body.
