Simon heads a sub-team within the International Serious Injury teams in Birmingham. He specialises in complex and catastrophic injury claims, fatal claims and serious injury claims.  Simon has particular expertise in cases with high value complex liability and causation issues and claims involving multiple parties.

Simon has a great deal of experience dealing with cases which have an international element and has acted for many clients who have suffered injuries in a wide range of accidents abroad including accidents at work, road traffic accidents, package holiday cases and medical negligence. Some of Simon’s cases have been reported in national and local media.
