Career

Oleksandr has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic companies (including importers, exporters, manufacturers and distributors) on complex issues of international trade  (such as trade remedies, supply and distribution), customs, tax and transport law, as well as the structuring of cross-border transactions.

He was involved in the Working Group on Amendments to the Customs Code of Ukraine under the auspices of the Parliamentary Committee on Finance, Banking, Tax and Customs Policy.

Oleksandr also provides legal support to a number of worldwide corporations and private equity funds on various competition and antitrust issues.
