Mr. Hisham joined Levari in March 2022 and specializes in the Corporate and Commercial Department after completing his two-month internship program with Levari.
While he is a relatively fresh member of the Levari family, Mr. Hisham has expertise in reviewing and preparing numerous types of agreements and contracts, including Shareholder Agreements, Agency Agreements, and Employment Contracts. He also specializes in corporate laws where he advises clients on corporate aspects such as company formation and corporate structuring. In addition, Mr. Hisham has experience in company incorporation procedures as he worked on Crypto-Currency Companies Incorporation in Dubai.
Mr. Hisham holds an LLB and LLM from Mansoura University. He also holds a professional certificate in Business Negotiations from Indiana University.
He is fluent in Arabic and English.
