Ms. Shaza joined Levari in January 2022 after completing her one-month internship program with Levari. ​

While she is a relatively new addition to the Levari family, Ms. Bassam has experience in reviewing and drafting various types of agreements and contracts including Shareholder Agreements, Agency Agreements, And Employment Contracts. She also specializes in corporate laws where she advises clients on corporate aspects such as company formation and corporate structuring.​

Ms. Shaza received her LLB from Ain Shams University, English division and is an active member in the Egyptian Bar Association since 2022.​

She is fluent in Arabic and English.
