Mr. Ahmed joined Levari in in October 2021 and is currently working in the Corporate and Commercial department.​

Mr. Ahmed is engaged in drafting several types of agreements including Share Purchase Agreements, Employment, Service Agreements, and Shareholder Agreements. He is also involved in drafting General Assembly Meetings, and is engaged in the incorporation, licensing, and registration of companies in Egypt, where he deals with different governmental bodies including The General Authority for Investment and Free Zones, The Financial Regulatory Authority, among other governmental authorities.​
