Career
Athina Zinoviou has extensive expertise in Real Estate cases and Legislation, including property acquisitions and disposals, due diligence of real estate portfolios and establishment of rem securities.
Athina is specialized in Land and Property Registration and Survey for the Hellenic Cadastre having worked eight years for a contract company of the Land Registry.
In addition, her experience includes extensive involvement in drafting memos on the objections of the Land Registry during the land registration stage. She also performed research on Land Registries and Cadastral Offices and dealt with the drafting of legal notes and opinions.
Athina has worked on several types of transactions, drafting, and reviewing company law documents and contracts, such as exclusive distribution agreements, supply agreements and project contracts.
Recently, she was accredited as a mediator by the Greek Ministry of Justice.
