Frédéric Heremans is a partner in our Banking & Finance practice.
Frédéric is an expert in banking and finance and advises major international and domestic banks and international groups on domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including syndicated loans, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance, structured finance, and securitisation. He also has relevant experience in mergers & acquisitions, including share and asset deals, private equity, restructuring and reorganisations, and shareholders agreements.
Frédéric is highly valued for his expertise, his knowledge and his pragmatic, deal-oriented approach by market players in Belgium and abroad. He is, amongst others, ranked as “Leading lawyer – highly regarded in Belgium” by IFLR1000 and is recommended in Legal 500. He is the author of various articles in the field of banking and finance.
