Rachel is an experienced litigator who represents clients in a wide variety of disputes, predominantly in the High Court but also in the County Court, Court of Protection and Employment Tribunal. She provides advice and assistance to clients both in trying to resolve disputes by negotiation and/or mediation and in preparing cases for trial.

Rachel is a member of ACTAPS and holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Trusts Disputes. Many of her cases involve financial abuse and undue influence. Rachel has been involved in many contentious probate disputes. She has a proven track record of successfully assisting clients to achieve cost effective and timely settlements.

Rachel’s other key area of practice includes acting for applicants in actions against their employer in both the Employment Tribunal and County Court. She has acted for and achieved significant settlements for many senior employees. Rachel will consider the most cost effective way to resolve each case and is happy to explore alternative forms of dispute resolution where appropriate to achieve the right result.
