Jonathan Konietz advises in all areas of intellectual property law with a strong focus on representing clients in patent and utility model disputes.
Jonathan Konietz’s technical specialization includes in particular the fields of telecommunications, IT, electrical and medical engineering, and biotechnology and pharmaceuticals. He has broad experience in defending against and enforcing of standard essential patents with special attention to the FRAND-criteria.
In addition to his work on national patent infringement and nullity cases, he regularly appears in large cross-border cases with international teams.
