Together with the Belgian Minister of Justice, the driving force behind the Belgian Cybercrime Centre of Excellence for Training, Research and Education. Formerly head of TMT at Lawfort (2005-2007) and associate at Simont & Simont (now Stibbe) (1981-1992).
