In his practice, Dr. Eckard von Bodenhausen focuses on both international business transactions (including M&A and Joint Ventures) and on corporate housekeeping (e.g. contracts, company law and compliance issues). In particular, he advises on IT-projects, outsourcing, new implementation as well as optimization of software licensing agreements. He is also a lecturer for International Contract Law at Nordakademie Elmshorn.
