    Since joining Brödermann Jahn in 2007, Dr. Katharina Klingel has specialized in cross-border issues. She advises clients on international contract and commercial law, international transactions and international arbitration and litigation.

    As a member of Brödermann Jahn’s French Desk, she advises German clients on their business in French-speaking countries (drafting contracts in French, negotiations in French) as well as French-speaking clients on their business in Germany. Prior to joining Brödermann Jahn, Dr. Katharina Klingel worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Civil Law, Private International Law, Procedural Law and Comparative Law at the University of Potsdam from 2005-2007.
