Position
Sam Murray-Hinde advises employers on workplace issues and employment tribunal proceedings, with a particular specialism in trade union disputes and collective bargaining. She speaks German.
Sam is a solicitor with broad experience across all areas of employment law, both contentious and non-contentious. She advises on employment issues in insolvency, state immunity and works with organisations within the transport and sport sectors.
She works hard to achieve the best possible outcome for employers by providing commercially-focused, industry-specific advice, with an increasingly international focus. Working with businesses, HR professionals, boards and Insolvency Practitioners, Sam advises on legal strategy to minimise litigation.
Sam works with clients across a wide spectrum of employment issues to include employment status, contract negotiations, TUPE, redundancies, re-organisations and employee exits, to name but a few. She is well-versed in handling complex grievance and disciplinary matters involving discrimination and whistleblowing allegations. She has also developed a specialism in advising foreign Embassies on matters relating to state immunity.
Sam is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the German-British Chamber of Commerce.
