Suleyman Sevinc is Partner and Head of Dispute Resolution Department of Erdem & Erdem Law Office. Mr. Sevinc represents and provides consultancy services for 20 years to foreign and local clients in their legal conflicts, day-to-day problems and litigation procedures.
He advises foreign and local clients in national and international arbitration proceedings, recognition and enforcement of foreign awards and judgments, and has expertise litigation arising from recourse, transactions regarding the foreign persons’ possession of premises in Turkey, lien transactions, construction contracts in return for flat and urban renewal projects, contracts, foreign investments, mergers and acquisitions, labor law, maritime law, general average, rescue, adjustment and coasting transactions, Insurance and reinsurance law, and corporate law. Mr. Sevinc further is experienced in transportation law, corporate law, privatization law, law of obligations, private international law, intellectual property law, and international construction law.
