Ms. Dilara Yeşilyaprak is a legal counsel specialized in competition law matters. She graduated from University of Kent, Canterbury in 2014. Before joining ELIG Gürkaynak Attorneys-at-Law in 2020, Dilara worked in a leading international law firm, at their Istanbul office and Singapore office. Dilara has assisted national and multinational companies on all types of competition law matters, including but not limited to competition investigations, competition litigation, merger control work, compliance matters. She has represented clients in various precedent setting cases before the Turkish Competition Authority. She has authored many articles and co-authored books pertaining to her practice areas. She received the Legal 500, Next Generation Lawyer / Rising Star Awards for Competition Practice in Turkey in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2021. She is fluent in English.
