Position
Firm Partner, Georgie Courtois intervenes as counsel as well as in litigation in intellectual property law (copyright, neighbouring rights, trademarks, designs and patents) and in new technologies (IT, internet, cryptology, personal data…). He developed extensive knowledge in technological innovations (connected objects, Big Data, 3D printing, robotics, drones, and artificial intelligence) and experience in the fight against computer hacking and cyber criminality. He also intervenes in press and audio-visual law matters (TV, sports). He lectures on IP court proceedings and litigation for the Masters II (Innovation Communication and Culture Law) at Paris XI University (chaired by Pr Sirinelli).
