Sandrine Benaroya, a specialist in M&A and LBO – Private Equity transactions, has developed a recognized expertise over the past twenty years and assists a clientele of investment funds and medium and large companies,  in the media, entertainment, distribution and industrial sectors. Sandrine Benaroya advises on complex transactions, including carve-outs.

Career

Sandrine started her career as an associate at Hoche (1997-2001) and continued at AyacheSalama where she became a partner. Sandrine is also an independent director, regularly gives training courses and supports several young companies in their development. She joined Fairway in june 2021 to strengthen the Corporate – Private Equity department.
