Career

Pierre advises companies and their executives on their regular and exceptional operations, both domestic and international.
Pierre regularly works on reorganization operations and external growth (acquisitions, LBOs). He also advises executives and managers on structuring their compensation and professional investments. Pierre frequently assists and represents his clients in their tax audits and disputes. He often works in international taxation, having developed particular expertise in transfer pricing. Pierre also specializes in innovation taxation. He has developed strong sectoral expertise, especially in distribution, new technologies, real estate, and industry.

Before joining Reinhart Marville Torre, Pierre practiced for over 10 years at Arsene and nearly two years at PwC Avocats. He has been an attorney at the New York Bar since 2011 and the Paris Bar since 2012. He is the author of numerous articles (Les Echos, Option Finance…) and teaches transfer pricing in the Master 2 DJCE program at Cergy.
