Areas of practice

Our litigation and arbitration lawyers cover the various litigation levels: commercial, corporate law, social law, arbitration,. They primarily provide their expertise to medium-sized companies, executives and shareholders and manage their sensitive cases with them.

Our corporate department works on mergers-acquisitions and private equity, assisting our clients in structuring and completing their transactions. It conducts audits and writes and negotiates all legal documentation. It also coordinates relations with market and administrative authorities, especially within the framework of market-based transactions.

The tax law team works on complete complex transactions, as counsel and in litigation, with French and foreign companies. It also works with private equity stakeholders from structuring the transaction through implementation and liquidation of the management package. The team has also developed significant experience in tax litigation.

The real estate department works as counsel and in litigation with private and public investors, developers, French and foreign industrial groups and major international retail and restaurant industry brands.The team has developed widely known expertise in real estate and urban planning, especially in commercial urban planning. It also works on cases and issues involving real-estate development, commercial leases, office assets, contracts, construction, condominiums and real-estate reorganisation and financing.

Our labor law specialists have extensive experience with questions concerning corporate restructuring plans/PSEs and individual disputes such as discrimination and harassment. They also help our clients monitor their URSSAF audits and related disputes. Our team works on individual and collective disputes, especially mass disputes involving many employees.

RMT also specialises in high-risk disputes and executive departures.

The product liability /professional & industrial risks team offers specialised skill in industrial risks, defective products, regulatory issues and compliance, as well as problems caused by workplace accidents, occupational illnesses and the management of insurance disputes.

The public business law team works as counsel and in litigation for national and local public stakeholders and their private industrial partners and service providers. Its work covers all areas of public business law with expertise based on significant experience in the particularities of the sector.
