Vladimír Polička
is a counsel of BBH. His excellent banking and finance expertise makes him a well-rounded lawyer who uses his experience in transactions such as corporate lending, acquisition and leveraged finance, as well as project and asset finance transactions to the advantage of clients. Vladimír specializes in real estate law in addition.
Career
Vladimir acted as attorney at law in international legal firms and international banks and during his more than 23 years career advised both lenders and borrowers on syndicated and bilateral projects, leveraged acquisitions, real estate, asset and general corporate financing transactions. He also obtained considerable experience in the fields of real estate transactions and various cross-border deals.
Vladimir was recognised as a “Rising star” by Legal 500 and IFLR1000 over the years of 2019 till 2021.
Vladimir studied law at Comenius University in Bratislava where he also completed his doctorate in the field of business and international business law. Vladimir is admitted to the Slovak bar association since 2010.
