Career

Quentin has been working for Tiberghien since 2011. He specializes in the field of corporate tax and restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and private equity.

Relying on his vast expertise, Quentin advises clients throughout the whole M&A process: (i) corporate restructuring, (ii) optimizing and implementing investment structures, (iii) fiscal due diligence (buyer and seller side) and (iv) post-acquisition structuring.

Next to that, Quentin also supervises Venture Capital and Private Equity funds, and advises general partners and limited partners in setting up and structuring funds. Finally, he also assists managers with the structuring of incentive plans.
