Andrii Konoplia is one of the most experienced insolvency receivers in Ukraine, who has been handeling bankruptcy proceedings and major loan disputes for over 20 years.

Andrii was repeatedly appointed as the administrator of property, rehabilitation manager and receiver of large enterprises. Andrii has been working at various stages of bankruptcy proceedings.

Andrii Konoplia is officially certified to act in bankruptcy cases of state-owned enterprises and business entities, in the authorized capital of which more than 50 percent of the shares (participation interests) belong to the state.
