Position
Jeroen stays in control where others lose track when under great pressure. In his corporate law practice, he solves problems, bringing projects to a satisfactory conclusion. He sets the bar higher and higher while staying on the ball. This ensures that, in the end, he can join with clients and colleagues in celebrating the thrill of a case successfully completed.
Clients appreciate his personal touch. Jeroen knows their case inside out and sets out all the options. And although he has a whole team behind him, clients feel as if he is their personal advisor. This is reassuring and gives them confidence.
His practice focuses on transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, forms of cooperation) and national and international commercial contracts. Since 2020, he has chaired the European Board of ADVOC, an international network of independent law firms with more than 90 member firms in over 70 countries.
He is also a member of the supervisory board of professional football organisation VVV Venlo. Jeroen is a partner, having worked for Boels Zanders since 1997. He was managing partner from 2017 to 2020.
